Functions:
- Neutralizes rust.
- Converts the rust in a protective barrier on all ferrous metals.
- Ideal as a pimer before painting.
Direction for use:
1. Remove loose rust with a brush.
2. Apply 31 with a brush directly on rust.
3. Let dry 12 to 24 hours before painting.
